Nicole Lum
Having nearly 17 years in both private and public appointments, Nicole has amassed significant experience in areas of customer service, HR, training, learning development and organizational development, marketing, project management, coaching and counselling. Working with people from all walks of life, she has always been in the business of people regardless.
An avid fan of lifelong learning, Nicole went on to pursue graduate diplomas in marketing communications and counselling psychology after her undergraduate degree in Economics from NUS, before eventually obtaining a Master of Counselling. A certified counsellor and career coach, she holds professional certifications in Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF) by Center for Credentialing and Education (CCE) and Facilitating Career Development (FCD) by National Career Development Association (NCDA). She also holds professional membership of National Career Development Association and is a Certified Mindfulness Teacher and Facilitator, accredited by Continuing professional development (CPD) Standards Office (UK).

She enjoys volunteering for different causes and notably for spending time at Daughters of Tomorrow (DOT) to coach and empower underprivileged women to return to the workforce and be financially independent to support themselves and their family.
